Had an arrangement delivered to my girlfriend and it literally looked like someone put flowers in a vase and delivered them no depth very flat looking the vase and bow were bigger than all the flowers. I could have done better myself. Name was spelled wrong as well. Tried calling them and all the calls are forwarded to voicemail. Just collects money produces terrible product and then shuts off all contact.
Unique is one of 1-800 flowers contract vendors. Unique is not trustworthy. We ordered flowers for our Uncle’s viewing. We received confirmation that the flowers were delivered. When we arrived to the viewing, the flowers were not there. We called 1800 flowers to see what happened and they were told by Unique, “The Driver Accidentally Hit The Delivered Button by Mistake” I don’t believe that. .Unique didn’t think we would be at the viewing because we ordered the flowers while we were in California . This is the worst bouquet of flowers I've ever seen.... My Dad ordered these flowers , he's in Oklahoma working, and it was for their anniversary. He made a complaint ... terrible product and customer service.
I ordered flowers from FTD and they came all dead. Called the shop to get replacement and they said they will when they come in. Few days later still no flowers. FTD gave me a full refund on them. Would not recommended.
So it’s story time !! my husband had flowers delivered to me on my birthday March 11 that he ordered for me.
