Love the Unique Designs closets in our bedrooms and fixtures in our bathrooms Junior is a true gentleman But we are disappointed with the kitchen cabinets many chips and rough spots - not wearing well at all. Very unhappy with those cabinets as we eat at home a lot so I am in the kitchen for long periods of time cooking . Each day I am finding new worn or chipped areas in these cabinets as I work which makes me feel sad since they look good from a distance but when I am up close I see all the flaws
Nearly 5 years after the installation of our closets we had a mirror break which caused damage to our wood floor in our closet. Junior from UDE came out immediately to assess the situation. Within a week he had arranged for the mirror to be replaced, reinforced all mirrors and arranged for our wood floor to be repaired and declined my offer to pay for the repair. Unique Designs has great design creativity and exemplary quality and customer service. I highly recommend them!!
We have been working with Unique Design Enterprises for nearly 2 years. Junior and his crew are professional, polite, and have a plethora of ideas, materials, hardware, options- the sky is the limit!
