This company has had my package for over a week and now it's hitting an error when you try to even track it. What a joke
Horrible! Nordstrom please let them go. We need better delivery service!
Nordstrom uses this sad company to ship their items. Twice in the past 10 days I have had issues with various situations. The first package was marked for delivery on December 6. I finally received it on the 13th. Now the package I'm waiting for has been marked Expected Tomorrow for the past three days. It goes in and out of "delayed". When you contact them for information, no one will respond. Avoid this company if you need to get a package delivered in a timely fashion!
This is the second time that this service has left my packages literally shoved in my box. The mail lady couldn't even get our mail in the box. These are medical supplies and should not have been left down at mailbox to begin with. I have tried contacting UDS with no luck. Worst delivery service ever. And since I live a lil ways away from our box. What if someone would have seen it and stole it? Like it was literally hanging out the mail box.
