Nordstrom why. this delivery said it was in my town for 2 days and i still don't have it.

My package was left on the ground by the side of the road next to my mailbox and then it was rained on twice before I could get it. What kind of service is this? I’d give them a negative 5 star review if I could
terrible communication. terrible service. terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. filing a report was damn near impossible. didn’t deliver to the address listed and lost package. when i contacted them i got basically no useful information back. order from any other delivery service
UDS is the worst shipping company I’ve ever had issues with. Ordered things from a clothing store and it was shipped and delivered. However, they delivered it to the wrong address. My neighborhood is small and not a ton of houses. If the driver would have read the address on the package they could have gotten it right. This is the second time UDS has gotten my packages and I really wish stores would stop using this company to ship items.
