Was looking at having garage floor epoxied and chipped. Definitely was wanting to support a small family business, especially since they are prior military. Set up estimate on their site and took days for them to call me and leave a message. For 2 weeks I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails but have yet to hear from them. I can’t phantom how they run a business this way and now they aren’t getting my business (or anyone I know) since I’ve now contracted with someone else.
