I brought my two daughters there to get twists. First of all they took all day long to do it and their twists were frizzy and falling out within a week. I was very disappointed. I took their hair down after two weeks. I lost over $300 fooling with inexperienced people. I will never go here again!!!!!
I wish there was an option for zero stars they make you pay up front because they know the service will be horrible and there is no refunds they also make you sign a contract up front pretty much saying no matter how bad your hair comes out you won't get your money back but they will try to fix it which really means tear it up again please do yourself a favor stay away

Hi. I am a customer service scout. The service at unique creations was good from everyone EXCEPT the owner. After receiving my money, she didnt care how I was treated. It took her 5 hours to do a job that should have taken 1! She stops working on a client who HAS an appointment, to talk to others about buying extentions or to talk on the phone, sometimes for over 20 minutes.
