Ordered Birthday flowers thru 1800-Flowers and my order was just like the picture y'all did an amazing job with every little detail Thank you so much for delivering my daughter's flowers she was so happy
If I could rate them lower I would. Garbage service, do not listen to clients requests. Stay away from them.
They hide fees and charge them at the last minute. Bad customer service. They're website isn't up to date.
What a disappointment and letdown by this company. I live in the UK and ordered online Christmas floral gift for friends in Laredo, TX. The order went through and I received and email confirmation, all details correct including requested deliver date. After three days, I emailed my friends and asked if the flower arrangement had arrived. The response was No !
