I exclusively buy coffee from Unique because we love the flavor and the quality. Others have commented on the shipping time, but their website indicates that all orders are "roasted and packed to order". I'd rather wait for the freshness, having my coffee roasted to order. Unique Coffee is the BEST!
If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been a customer of this establishment for more than 10 years. I have had a subscription for those 10 years, then earlier this year somehow the subscription stopped processing the card (nothing wrong with the card btw). I called and was informed that they had an issue with a payment processor for subscription plans and that they are in the process of resolving it. Unfortunately, after many years of buying coffee from this company I’m out. What used to be exceptional service is no longer the case. The coffee is great, but the shipping time is just ridiculously slow. It takes 3+ weeks to get shipping out of the warehouse and 1+ extra week to have it delivered, and this is not even when they have a promo sale. I’m taking my business somewhere else.
They need to work more on their customer service.
This review is long overdue! Unique Coffee Roasters has some of the best coffee beans I’ve ever had. I’ve tried different blends and they all taste phenomenal! I use their First Impressions blend for my morning latte everyday. The staff there are friendly wholesome people! Support this local business!
