I manage a commercial property in Fresno and I have used Ralph a number of times. This most recent incident was a unit that got flooded by a fire sprinkler. I called Ralph and he came out the same day and extracted the water. He treated the rug and the structure to protect from mildew. He made multiple trips back to move the blowers and dryers.
