i will never use this service , worst ever. staff came to do the assessment . Not even check properly, I will guess they only been the proerty only 2-3 min maxium and go. I really doubt their profressionalism . what a joke this company staff.
UBS were my insurance company appointed contractor for a claim for water damage, from a burst pipe, throughout my home. The work took about 4 months to get off the ground (I don't know who was responsible for this). However once UBS appointed a project manager, the work commenced and the first stage (mould removal and hygienisation) was completed in about 10 weeks. Our experience with UBS has been a shambles from the start. Our pergola was damaged in February 2024 and was only just completed in May 2026, which is far longer than it should have taken. Communication was a major issue throughout the entire process. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and the lack of updates only added to the frustration. UBS came to our assistance after we experienced a leaking hot water pipe in our laundry. We found their tradesmen to be polite, courteous and did a great job. Some of the circumstances we encountered (mould) were beyond their control but overall we were thrilled with the final outcome. They even suggested a few ideas that we didn't think of ie insulation in the walls, yellow tongue to support a cupboard to be installed later and updating the broom cupboard to a white, cleaner looking melamine finish.
