I usually don’t put bad reviews but there has been maybe 4 times in the last 2-3 months were the lady doesn’t want to attend me says she doesn’t do eyebrows would love to speak to a manager

the lady wasn’t too friendly which is alright ig. I smiled no smile back like okay… I asked for upper lip & she went HAM very rough. she cut my lip just a little. they do have cute jewelry tho and sonny angels. ill give them that:)

I love my brows I go frequently to get them done and I love them everytime. I came back after 2 months of growing them out and obviously my brows had NO SHAPE TO WORK WITH so I’m glad after I told her I wanted more curve she did so willingly. She did a great job! I also want to add that she is quick and does allow you to make critiques on ur brows if they aren’t up to your standing.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed with my service. The technician did not wipe down the station nor did she ever wash her hand and she was doing clients back to back. I ask her if she can wipe down the Chair when it was my turn and she gave me a slight attitude. As somebody who is providing service like this cleanliness and disinfecting after every client is very important for the safety of the client and the technician. And too top it off they don’t even do good eyebrows
