I usually go to the scalp treatment spot at the mall, but I decided to try Unique Beauty Lounge after a coworker recommended it… & I’m so glad I did. The person who did my scalp treatment was very professional & took their time. The service never felt rushed, which really matters to me because I appreciate quality work & genuine effort. I left in tears because they didnt know how to do my hair. They essentially played in it, I wouldve preferred them just being honest about not knowing how. At the very least they didnt charge for the blow dry..the girl was nice but I left with dry hair and nearly damaged hair from the attempt. The waxing didnt go well either but my lips were sore from the repeated application so I just accepted fate paid and left.
I had the opportunity to have a Head Spa Service this morning. And WOW so impressed from the consultation to the final results. I will be back. If you haven't heard of them or their services take a moment and check them out. Just so great! Thrilled to find them.
