My latest appointment with Ernestine was unfortunately very very awful. She confirmed my appointment and did not say anything to me about the scheduled time not working. On the day of my appointment, she asked me to change time and I agreed despite it being inconvenient for me. When I arrived she started on my hair. She stopped an hour in to separate hair for about 25 minutes but I did not say anything as she said she was tired. That was foreshadowing. They always do such an amazing job on my hair the results are absolutely stunning!! Her studio is such comfortable atmosphere and they are always so sweet and kind! Will definitely going back again and again!!
The whole experience was great. The stylist was there on time, super polite, and got to work very quickly. I love the result.
