Purchased part that failed within a few months. Supplied all evidence of failure. Was advised to purchase another one (paid twice Essentially) and send old one back for refund. No money has been refunded, no one has chased it up , their warranty and supplier claim chain is settled on my funds. Three months and always been told not much on the phone. Manager also didn't ring me back. Failures happen but I shouldn't be paying for them. Poor. Will have to take business elsewhere.
