Similar to Rob L (reviewer) I bought a Unico AC system from Unique and am extremely unimpressed with their service. They installed 3 systems in my home and I paid over $75,000 for the installation, yet they have treated me poorly since the installation was completed. When I called about having a new vent reglued to the floor, they automatically assumed it was my fault and charged me hundreds of dollars to re-glue it to the floor. Exceptional work and responsiveness!!! Our unit was leaking from the ceiling on the first hot day of the season. I called at 9am and John was here by 10. Extremely knowledgeable on the unico system and saved the day!! From service to customer service, I rate them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
