This place in a month went from being one of the best thrifts to being the worst thrift in Chicago. The management team are brainless and use things like steam and brand new pricing to price games, books, and clothes. The management team is so bad, their own employees were talking about it. They blame corporate for their bad pricing and refuse to budge on pricing even when presented with proof. I was shopping here every week spending hundreds of dollars, now they won’t see a cent from me again.
The older gentlemen taking donations was extremely rude. No interaction whatsoever hung out in the back the entire time. Had to go to talk to him in the back for a tax slip otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten anything. Poor service and ugly attitude from that employee.
It had a good selection when I went

Just wish they had dressing rooms. On the 17th of February, 2025, they experienced a credit card outage and didn't announce it in the store so people just waited.
