Staff and manager are friendly and helpful. Good selection of books. I found over $100 worth of new and gently used books for $12. Half off on Monday, but lines are very long during sales.
One of the best trift stores in chicagoland. I could give 10 stars if was possible. Employees are polite and that's important because I go there almost every Monday and another day of week mostly Fridays. The stuff is organized on shelves. I always find something interesting that I buy. The only thing I wished this store had is more cash cashiers on Monday's mornings so we would not wait in long line too long.
I never have a problem in that store I always find good bargains the staff there is very pleasant and helpful when you need someone I give it 10 Stars if I could
