I went for breastfeeding consultation, Nadine was very helpful, she even checked my nipple to make sure everything was fine. I know they’re very busy with their regular clients but I appreciated her taking the time to listen and recommend me a solution.
Je suis client depuis plusieurs années à cette pharmacie de quartier et je ne peux dire que du positif sur les bons soins et conseils offerts par Nadine et toute son équipe. Par exemple, étant en dehors de mtl la semaine dernière, j’avais une toute nouvelle prescription et Pascal (pharmacien également) a pris de son précieux temps pour me la transférer à Trois-Rivières afin que je puisse commencer le plus tôt possible mon traitement. I took an appointment for lactation help on clic santé and the person left me waiting 30min to to prioritize the vaccines cue which have no appointment. And then when she called upon me she wouldn't even offer to sit in a private place. She asked me to tell her what's happening right there standing in the middle of everything and everyone. Didn't allow me the time ( took like 10min) and she said I can't get you in the room and do the research needed because I will interrupt the vaccination which I cannot let happen... like w... read more
