Have been loyal customers for years, going back to Eddy Bishara. Well run; many employees have become friends over the years. Anthony and Bic are awesome
Regular customer at the pharmacy and I would say 99% of experiences have had been great.
I don’t know if its because of the environment wearing people down, but this pharmacy genuinely has the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in my life. Even though they cycle through staff repeatedly, the newer ones are even ruder than the previous. They treat everyone with such discontent and judgment, I’ve never left this place not feeling horrible about myself. Just flat out rude and horrible customer service
La caissière est très désagréable,Mauvais service! Je n'y retournerai jamais, je préfère aller à un autre beaucoup plus loin que d'aller à cet uniprix, manque de professionnalisme et d'éducation ! Elle est super grossière
Pire service à la clientèle ever. Ils inventent des règles sur les colis au fur ey a mesure. Les caissières et caissiers ont 15 ans et sont incompétents et ignobles. La manager nous a ignoré. Je suis terrifiée à l’idée d’y retourner. Comment un service à la clientèle aussi pitoyable a pu gâché presque une semaine de ma vie? Parce que oui j’y suis retournée 4 jours de suite pour prendre mon colis et chaque jour ils inventaient une exigence de plus. Comme si ça les amusait de me faire chier.
