Super good service! Exceed my expectations.
Recently moved to Markham and had to find a new clinic for Mochi—so glad I found this one! Dr. Eve and Angela were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. You can really tell they’re passionate about what they do. Mochi can be a bit anxious at times, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets!
I took my cat there twice. The second time she had a temperature and I was told if it had been higher they wouldn't have let me leave with her. Then they took some blood and claimed they did a spin test with it and told me she had liver disease told me put her to sleep. I wouldn't do it then and left with a $700 quote for euthanasia. I went to the SPCA and guess what they did the same test. No sign of LIVER DISEASE. They wanted to Euthanize a perfectly healthy cat so they could make $700.00. That was about 3 years ago.
