I selected one of the pre-built homes in Lak Breeze. The floor plan I selected was exactly what I wanted. Even though this one did not have a 3 car garage, it had everything else. Because I was relocating from Florida, communication was very important to me. I worked with Misty and Sherry. They kept me informed on the process at all times. I’ve had the pleasure of helping a few clients purchase beautiful UnionMain homes at Lake Breeze in Lavon. They build a great house! The floor plans work really well and are well thought out.The neighborhood is amazing with nice sized lots and to top it off no MUD or PID. Misty and Sherry will take excellent care of you and your clients.
UnionMain Homes offers some great floor plans at Lake Breeze! I especially like the WOW factor that the Grayson plan offers! The community proximity to the lake is also really nice! Scott H.
My wife and I just purchased a home with UnionMain at Lake Breeze Estates Lavon. We were happy with the home and the sale process until we filed a claim. We have been in the house just a little over a month. After the recent snow and ice our driveway became pitted, flaking and cracking. We notified our builder and submitted pictures. They declined the claim saying it wasn't caused my workmanship or materials. The said that this is normal after the freezing, thawing and refreezing of the concrete.
