There whole closing to getting proper communication is absolute hell! They don't replay to email and communicate on how the home is progressing over the time. The sale people keep on leaving or being let go of. You have no input or choice on what you pick for your home and you are just force upon the selections. We had no meeting with designer and builder just picked stuff on our behalf. We aren't even given 30 days notice that we will be doing closing on our home.
