Jim West, our general contractor, has gone above and beyond. Communication has been consistent and clear, and we always have felt informed and supported through every step. Even after the final walk-through and closing, his commitment to excellence hasn’t stopped. Any concerns or small issues that came up post-build were addressed promptly and throughly all while dealing with all other current and future owners. We are incredibly grateful for his professionalism and care.
I'm a real estate photographer and after dealing with a number of builders in the industry, seeing the different models and quality of the builds from the various builders. There whole closing to getting proper communication is absolute hell! They don't replay to email and communicate on how the home is progressing over the time. The sale people keep on leaving or being let go of. You have no input or choice on what you pick for your home and you are just force upon the selections. We had no meeting with designer and builder just picked stuff on our behalf. We aren't even given 30 days notice that we will be doing closing on our home.
