II bought a house last December from UnionMain, and I can't express enough how professional and organized their team is. I had the privilege of working with Cindy, who was absolutely wonderful. She moved quickly and efficiently, helping me close in just 20 days. She took care of all the paperwork and guided me through every little detail, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. I'm truly grateful for her support.
I am deeply disappointed with this builder, from the poor quality of materials to the project manager's inability to properly inspect and verify the work. This is my fifth home purchase & second new construction, so I have a solid basis for comparison, and this builder has been the worst by far.
