From the front desk, to the assistant to the doctor I could not be more pleased. I have seen three different doctors here from a body check to Botox, filler, and lazar and I am always thrilled.
An unprofessional practice through and through. Front desk did not understand booking medical vs cosmetic consultation appointment and the medical assistant was dismissive and rude to me about the mistake made by the front desk staff. I was also taken aback that they even had to ask the question of whether they would be charging me for the appointment that we of course did not move forward with due to inaccurate booking.
