BE CAREFUL when you move out of here- move out charges were $750- I helped my son move out- cleaned the place, filled holes etc. and was well aware of the items that we “should” have been charged for- I questioned the unexpected high charges & was sent several duplicate photos that supposedly substantiated the $750 charge- there was no explanation to correspond the photos with the several pages of charges. Harassed and Stalked by parking attendant boleacamovic or “Bosko” What’s so sad is I have nothing else bad to say about this complex and overall it is great. The union and their parking garage company have just failed to ensure safety of their residents and deal with the harassment I have received from the parking attendant Bosko. To say helpful is an understatement! I recently had an issue with my AC, and Marly, Aurelia, and Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond to help. Maintenance technician Rubin came out quickly and had our AC fixed in no time. Truly appreciate the friendly and efficient team here!
This place has gone downhill. The slight improvements are severely outweighed by the "cheap out" option management has chosen this year. Clubhouse has been closed since May...yet all they have done is paint the walls. We've had numerous break-ins throughout the complex, which is going to continue until management fixes the lobby door locks. Most of the doors (probably 7-8 doors) connecting the parking garage to the apartment halls are not locked, even though they have an access reader connected to them.
