This place has gone downhill. The slight improvements are severely outweighed by the "cheap out" option management has chosen this year. Clubhouse has been closed since May...yet all they have done is paint the walls. We've had numerous break-ins throughout the complex, which is going to continue until management fixes the lobby door locks. Most of the doors (probably 7-8 doors) connecting the parking garage to the apartment halls are not locked, even though they have an access reader connected to them. Union Tempe has a very naive habit of dismissing valid negative reviews as fraudulent, which says more about where their head’s at than their willingness to address real issues and provide proper business. The amenities look great on the website, but in reality, they’re completely unreliable. Everything has frequent outages and maintenance delays, or they don’t work to begin with. Their pricing is also predatory. Management pushes early signing by lying to you rates will go up, only to drop them shortly after. The real issue... read more

Where do I even start with this complex. Firstly, we had an attempted break-in with some idiots trying to kick our door down and fill our lock with fire extinguisher chemicals, to which the management tried to gaslight us into thinking didn't happen. The fire and police department came and confirmed someone tried to kick the door down, and management said it was just a fireman trying to enter after the fire alarm went off. Daughter signed a lease for a year, find out they want us to pay a full payment in August but only have access on the 8/18/25. How is this even allowed by law. No proration and they have the audacity to allow early access with a fee prior to the 18th yet still charging a full months rent. Be careful they told my daughter rooms will go fast sign now (constant emails) (calls) back in October only to lower rent by more then $300 that her new roommate signed in April of 25.
