The location of Union Tempe is excellent, but unfortunately that’s where most of the positives end. Before signing a lease here, prospective residents should be aware of several ongoing issues. Maintenance requests often take an unreasonably long time to be addressed, and the elevator situation is one of the biggest frustrations. This is a 20-story building with only three elevators, and it seems like at least one is constantly out of service. I don't live here, I guess it's ok.
Elevators are always broken and barely work and takes maintenance a long time to respond to any request other than the property manger being rude and horrible some of the front desk employees are really nice and helping.
Toured today and the staff were great, especially Taylour. She was very professional, kind, and helpful. Loved it!
