I have been in Union for about a month and I love it so far. Everyone here is kind and they don’t make a lot of noise. The rooms seem pretty soundproof because I never hear people in the hallway and I don’t hear my neighbors either. All of the appliances inside my unit are newer (aside from the washer/dryer) which I also love. The one main downside I have is that there is not a pantry and I cannot use half of the cabinet space because it is pretty high up. I highly recommend union Tempe to anyone looking for a great place to live! I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Chapmin and Leo. They’ve both been amazing. The amenities at this location, our top-notch and the location couldn’t be more perfect.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Union Tempe. I paid my rent for November 2024 on November 2nd via check for $1,520, and despite providing proof of payment (including a copy of the cleared check), they continue to claim I haven’t paid. Their lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude in handling this matter has been deeply disappointing.
