Not that bad – I am using this company for more than ten years, their price is reasonable compare to other places. They offer a wide-selection of the granite counter-tops; and their sales representative Venessa is really helpful. I am an Interior designer too, but I don't have this related issue with this company before; the owner of this company always give me a big discount. AVOID AT ALL COST THEY RIP YOU OFF............. – THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING ME OFF. THEY SOLD ME 3 SLABS OF GRANITE AND SENT ME THE WRONG GRANITE & TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE AFTER THE FACT FOR THE RIGHT ONE. I WANTED A COMPLETE REFUND AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE TAX BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD ALREADY PAID IT TO THE STATE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
