I was in a pinch in West Texas. Union cut me some new plates in record time and got us fixed up. I called several others in the area and no one would get back with us. Union took my call had me pricing and my project cut ready to go by the end of the day. Excellent service!
My experience with Union Steel Texas was great. I called them 15 minutes prior to arrival and explain what I needed. Arrived parked in front of building. Someone came right out and took credit card payment. Drove around back to pick up what I ordered just 15 minutes prior. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes..
Purchased square tubing and the men brought me a bent joint, even though I had to make sections pretty much wont be a future customer. I will drive the extra mile and pay a little more for better service.
Picked up a 10' section of flat bar and they cut it to fit in my truck. The steel looked good . Google maps shows 2 locations but the one is wrong. They are on the west side of Odessa not the east.
Service sucks took a whole dam hour to get material. Won’t be back again!
