Great looking hotel but the rooms are bad. Lots of noise from the lobby. This is a very expensive hotel that really doesn't deliver. People were great and that was it's only redeeming feature. Plenty of better rooms at a far lower cost
Had a great stay this week. Staff was great and location was superb. We'll worth it.
The lobby is absolutely stunning with its historic 1900s train station architecture—barrel-vaulted stained glass ceiling, dark wood, and grand chandeliers —but I only lasted one night before checking out early. The freight trains running through on active tracks next to the hotel made it impossible to sleep, blaring their horns repeatedly throughout the night. Also noticed some maintenance issues like visible cracks in the walls and an uneven bathroom floor that made the door catch when trying to close, which felt disappoint... read more
