information at the drive-thru and inside the bank is a lot of times not accurate also if you have a complaint they will ask you to leave the bank and go somewhere else to do your banking they don't take criticism especially negative criticism well at all it used to be a good bank to do business at when Robin Tapia was there but since she's gone it's really gone downhill
