Today I called and talked to Shelby. She was very helpful.. I liked that she did all the security questions to make sure it was me. Then she helped me figure out if online banking was down or not.. she did not rush me, answered all my questions. I moved to San Antonio, Texas a few years ago but I have stayed using this Bank.
