I was with 1st National Ban for over 20 years and finally got tired of them. After opening my account with Union State Bank I had a question and called about 30 minutes after leaving. I am not sure why but I was shocked when a real person answered the phone. I guess I have been conditioned to press several buttons and listen to countless things that do not pertain to me in hopes of reaching a real person. My experience with them has been awesome. I am a real person to them and they make me feel like it every time I visit.
Worst bank ever. $300 daily limit at ATM. This bank is a joke. Drive thru staff is clearly unknowledgeable. Told me it was my card's problem. Walked across the street and pulled $1,500 out in 500 increments. Do you really want such closed minded people looking after your investment opportunity??? I sure wouldn't.
Kind, friendly, prompt service. Donuts & coffee on Fridays in lobby which is clean & comfortable. Heidi, who opened my account is very sweet & so helpful! I call anytime & this bank will go above & beyond even having things ready for me when I pull up to drive through if I call first. I've never had such customized service in banking. Also helped me finance a boat with ease. Daily limit can be lifted if you call & let them know you will be spending more on a certain day/traveling.
These people have no sense of customer service they made me wait to cash a check because I make more then 2500 a check and their maximum thru their drive thru is 2500 poor customer service
