More than two hours of waiting, with no information or updates, just to get the first exam. To be fair, the practitioners themselves were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the waiting time completely ruined the experience. I arrived at 1:00 PM and did not leave until 5:00 PM. These exams are already stressful enough, and making patients wait for hours without any explanation or communication is simply unacceptable. Be prepared to wait. I’ve been here two times and both times I was seen approximately an hour after my appointment time.
Have gone here for many years and have always had great experiences, the staff is phenomenal. But they currently have a serious tech staffing issue that they are not addressing. Couldn't get an appointment for over a month out, and then they cancelled it two days before because no tech was available. They wouldn't prioritize getting me in as soon as possible, and offered an appointment another six weeks out. Please address this problem, it is impacting your patients!
