worst company ever. They are only concerned with their deadlines. They do not care about family s being stranded while they do their job in their own sweet time. Had a family stranded for 11 days waiting on them. Do NOT go with them...you will be sadly disappointed. No one at corporate ever calls back either. SAD SAD COMPANY...
A terrible customer service. No doubt their low closing fee is an attractive feature to get the business. After a year when it comes to revise the monthly payment for escrow account, I was told different amounts every time I talked to the banker. I setup the new monthly amount to be paid automatically from my bank. But later I got a letter that they did not receive my new monthly payment. My worst experience in sorting out this little issue with them. Ended up paying the late fees as well as they said they cannot waive it. I... read more
