I've done my banking here since 2011. I've always found the staff helpful and cheerful and they have assisted me any way they could. The Manager has been very helpful and solved any issues I've had with efficiency and kindness. All in all, Union Savings has been very much better than the other banks I've dealt with over the years, especially the one who's name is associated with a famous dictionary.
I've been doing business here since I was a teenager, held my mortgage here for 7 years with flawless payments. 810+ credit score. They just turned me down for a HELOC loan. Never once have they helped me and they don't deserve your business.
Do NOT USE the ATM at this specific location. It has been problematic in reference to making deposits for at least 2 years. I attempted to deposit $180.00 on Saturday, September 28th. The ATM returned $40 and kept the remaining $140. It did not give a receipt. I attempted to contact customer service but because it was the weekend, I could only leave a message.
