Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Jackie the manager helps me whenever I need it and is always asking how we are.
Beechmont branch is the best. Tellers treat you like family and are very efficient.
Horrible experience. Mortgage broker gave me a product with early payment penalties when I specifically said I did not want them. Also found out, after the fact, there’s an annual fee. These are things I asked about ahead of time, and was told it would not be a problem. Lots of hidden fees. Bait and switch!! Customer service isn’t great either.
I along with two of my friends have gone through Union Savings Bank for mortgages and we've all been very happy with the services. Although the technology is a little behind some of the other banks, you can't beat the closing costs and customer service. Closing costs are WAY below industry average and our loan officer Mark Hamas went through and explained everything to us.
