Union Savings is a joke. Often the phone system isn’t working and the 1-800 CSRs provide misinformation. Don’t bank here, don’t get mortgages here. This location doesn’t even provide a restroom for clients. Union Savings operates as an 2nd rate business. Save yourself frustration and go with a financial institution that operates as one.
The people at the physical locations are very nice and as helpful as they can be. Support outside business hours is limited.
The people at the physical locations are very nice and as helpful as they can be. Beyond that, there's no support outside their regular banking hours. If you call, you get a recording. Have an issue on Friday evening at 7:00 PM, you'll wait until Monday opening at 9:30 AM to get it resolved. Holiday weekend? Forget it. Unless it's a fraud issue, in which case you'll be speaking with someone offshore whose accent will be very difficult to understand. Again, forget it. Wait until the bank is open.
