Friendly, but low quality. I requested and paid for a full head balayage, but instead, they gave me a partial set of badly toned highlights thinking I wouldn’t notice. I waited for my virgin hair to grow out for this, and if you know, you know. I was so embarrassed going to work with the outcome that I had my sister (who owns a salon in Lakewood) fix my hair so it looked presentable again. Krystal was so lovely and sweet! She refreshed my hair with a toner and beautiful trim. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit! <3
