Worst Dr ever. My mom switched PCP’s and decided to go to Dr. Eisenstat. Dr. Eisenstat took her off cholesterol medicine when my mom‘s cholesterol was as high as 298. My mom expressed to Dr. Eisenstat that she has been experiencing terrible vertigo for quite a very long time instead of Dr. Eisenstat using his medical knowledge or lack of and send her for an MRI putting two and two together dizziness and high cholesterol he let it go, and my mother has now had two strokes. Believe the negative reviews on-line. Waiting 3+ months to make a "New Patient" appointment (not worth the wait!). "Nurse" Vivian, extremely uneducated. Was unaware of basic Medications. Just because you have a title "Dr" does not give you the right to give a 75 year old man attitude. We were looking for a new GP & will take our business elsewhere. You should as well.
Multiple doctors - all more than competent and professional. Staff is personable. Testing on site.
This guy sent my father for a scan. It showed a "cyst" on his pancreas, pancreatic issue was not why he was sent for the scan...but it WAS found. Dr. did not have it checked out. Two Years later my dad had a scan for a urinary issue. Guess what? The cyst DOUBLED in size. Eisenstat sent my father for a biopsy. CANCER. Six months later he was dead . he also has a garbage personality. Stay away from him.

When Dr. Eisenstat has a terrible bedside manor, when I called him back to the room to inquire with a few addition questions, he actually snarked at me, and was extremely nasty and condescending. We will take our business elsewhere, and anyone looking for a referral should as well.
