Kol was extremely helpful when I reached out for information about the apartments. Unfortunately, my move-in date and the available units didn’t align, so I wasn’t able to move forward. However, the professionalism and helpfulness I experienced from Kol were exceptional. If that’s any indication of the level of service at this property, I’m confident it’s top-notch. Ill keep this in mind for future needs.
Overpriced, understaffed. Will charge you for nothing when you move out. They took a deposit and then told me I never gave them $400. On top of that they scammed into paying for one more month of rent when I moved out. Normally I would have fought it but they are just so stubborn and miserable to talk to. They literally have an award in the lobby for “highest rent increase 2024” from their parent company. They had the gall to charge for amenities during Covid that were not open. I stopped by to take a tour, Cole was extremely helpful, she took me as her last tour for the day, she has an amazing personality, and puts a lot of care into the people she provides a tour for. She asked me a lot of questions to try and figure out what was best to fit my needs and wants. I had such a fun time on just a tour. I will definitely be applying here. Thank you for the amazing time and experience Cole. You ended a crazy day on such a high note.
I don’t recommend moving here. They make you pay a fat deposit just for them to not give a single penny back to you and somehow still end up owing more money. Place is hard up and a joke!
