I stopped by to take a tour, Cole was extremely helpful, she took me as her last tour for the day, she has an amazing personality, and puts a lot of care into the people she provides a tour for. She asked me a lot of questions to try and figure out what was best to fit my needs and wants. I had such a fun time on just a tour. I will definitely be applying here. Thank you for the amazing time and experience Cole. You ended a crazy day on such a high note.
I don’t recommend moving here. They make you pay a fat deposit just for them to not give a single penny back to you and somehow still end up owing more money. Place is hard up and a joke!
If anyone is even thinking about moving into these apartments DONT! Their maintenance people just threw things and soap got everywhere and drinks were spilled so other shit got wet and ruined. Ever since this freaking Megan girl took over it’s gone to shit and I’ve seen more people leaving the place rather than moving in. This place was runed so well before Megan joined and she doesn’t communicate and doesn’t give a shit. She’s two faced and fake!!!!! So glad to be out of that hell hole away from her. We have just moved into Union Pointe and could not be happier with our experience thus far. The property is BEAUTIFUL, the management team is so incredibly helpful, especially Kol! We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and can't wait to see what the community has to offer.
Have lived here for three years almost (longest I’ve lived somewhere as an adult and I’m 30, lol). Getting ready to move out simply because we need more space and a change of scenery. Will update with our move-out experience, but they’ve been kind, flexible, and quick to respond to any issues over the last three years even with a change in management!
