Edit now that we've moved out: definitely a solid place to live for the most part! They addressed most of the issues in my previous review. My criticism still stands when it comes to the car charging being somewhat inconsistent and lack of explanation of what the amenity fee is on my bill. Keep an eye on the contract for changes but a great place to live still
We have been living in Union Pointe Apartments for nearly 4 years, and call it home. The team of Phillip, Sophia, and Megan have taken care of any issues in a timely manner. The facility is well maintained and we have a workout room, a hot tub, family meeting room, and large pool available. We love it! Don Terrell
