This place has gone down hill ever since tamarack took over. They can never keep anyone in the office to take care of things and no maintenance on this property. I have been waiting over a year to get things taking care of and so have other residents. They continue to raise rent, but don’t give us what we pay for!!! This place has has mold and some major heath issues going on. They received a lot of money for rehab and more focused on things on the outside then fixing things inside the Apts! I have lived here for five years. It has been great except for the theft happening around here but that happens in most of Missoula. Seems like a lot of people on drugs are starting to move in which could be correlated. I love my apartment though just feels a little unsafe.
