La atención de la señorita del frente fue de muy mal gusto, nada amable, llame a hacer cita, me dijeron el horario disponible, con mucha claridad seleccione el dia y hora, donde contestan para las llamadas, se equivocaron en mi cita, y la srita del frente me dijo que yo no entendi. Y se fue, sin darme una opción, Aparte pedi con la pediatra de mi hija y me estaban asignando otra persona. The front desk staff and all nurses were excellent! While being kind and respectful, the doctor that saw my son for his well check did not answer our questions and address our concerns. When asked about bug bites that made my son swell up badly, he simply brushed them off saying it would build his immune system! Seriously! When asked about symptoms of possible diabetes, he showed him pictures of fat people on his phone and just told him to eat better so he wouldn’t turn out like the people in the pictures.
