Those girls are so rude and obnoxious…
Arrived 8:15 for 8:15 lab work. One perks in front of me at desk so I signed in at 8:16 am. It’s now 8:53 am and I still have not been called. I made the 8:15 am to be able to ge rot work on time not sit in a waiting room waiting to be called. Why even have appointments?
Patients BEWARE! Getting blood drawn is not something pleasant to begin with; however the staff at this location makes it a nightmare! Abrasive & unprofessional check in process. No privacy whatsoever (information is being provided out in the lobby for all to see/hear because apparently whispering or using inside voices isn't allowed). I entered the lab and couldn't believe the etiquette- there was NONE! Fake hair, eyelashes and nails 5ft long. Tight, unpleasant looking scrubs.
