Had a great buying experience with John from Union Park Volvo. He was fast at communicating and even delivered my car!
I purchased my Volvo two and a half months ago, and at that time, I was told that my permanent tag would arrive at my home within six weeks. As of today, I have only one day left before my temporary tag expires, and I still do not have my permanent tag. This is unacceptable. I have followed up multiple times, including speaking with John at the Union Park location, but I continue to get the impression that no one is actively working on resolving this issue.
