This is my 2.5th year living here, and I don't mind living here for the most part but I am trying to relet/sublease and the process is a nightmare. They tell you everything so last minute (sometimes the day of) giving you no time to plan your place to live. I lived here for 2 years in two different units. There are definite positives, but also serious issues future residents should know about. This place is the worst they make you pay the entire lease off and they evict you within 20 days this place is full of crap and couldn't work with me on a payment arrangement so this place can go to hell
