I lived in this complex for 2 years, and I can confidently say it’s the best quality-for-price option in the USF area. Everything is new, modern, and very cozy. The pool is very clean. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly felt at home here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live near USF!
Apartment units and the building medium-quality and maintenance is quick to respond and effective. The complex is well-decorated and clean, and the fitness center, study rooms, and outdoor pool/courtyard are all very functional and appreciated. However there a number of things to consider before signing here. First is the extremely high rent, expect to pay over 1k monthly for a 4x4. Good n spacious but it was difficult while moving since there was no carts assistance provided at leasing office. May be these kinda assistance would help people who are moving from different cities.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of touring with Dominik Orama but I hear he is fantastic. Maintenance team is awesome and is always on top of things and addresses your concerns in a timely and professional manner and the office staff is always welcoming and caring. The propery itself is beautiful and well kept with exceptional amenities! Solid 10.0!
do not move here. if you have even the slightest of issues management does not care and treats you like you are crazy even though i’m spending $1,400 a month here. lease is super super tight. they will assign random roommates and give you NO heads-up someone is moving. they will also non-students in your apartment as well, as I have recently been given a roommate who isn’t even a graduate student, just an adult working in Tampa. apartment was flooded during Hurricane Milton, which isn’t technically their fault but made me fe... read more
