I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this market. The cashier aggressively yelled at me for requesting a bag, telling me I needed to bring my own. When I politely suggested they should post a sign informing customers about this policy, she continued to shout at me incoherently as I left the store. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional. Customer service is key, and this encounter left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning unless this issue is addressed.
Love these people and this convenient little market!
She wouldn't allow me to bring My scooter into the store. When all I needed was a beverage and a snack before heading into work. Sure I would understand if I Wasn't gonna buy anything, but that wasn't the case. There was also not a single customer in the business. So it wouldn't have effected anything. Side note they don't even respond to any of these reviews. GREAT BUSINESS STRATEGY!
