Hard to understand any negative comments about manager Cindy. She’s attentive, always working and considerate to what’s necessary at this property. As a commercial electrician working on countless large scale residential projects, I’ve often wondered who could manage so many people on a property this size; Cindy has mastered that! This is a beautiful complex in a dream location for families. The Building Caretaker, Cindy, goes out of her way to give me fast and friendly service every time, she serves the complex as an independent contractor and has created a noticeably positive work atmosphere with her cleaning staff who are really nice. The playground, courtyard, BBQ space are all awesome for parties and beyond spacious compared to anything else in the Lower Mainland. The amenities building is next level.
