BMW is a great car, IF you don’t have a problem. Union Park is not the best with service. And you don’t really have much choice if you buy your car locally. My car has an issue with the sound system that initially, of course, it would not make this weird sound when taking it in. Their response was “we can’t do anything if we don’t hear it”. This happened numerous times. Then a tech was able to hear the sound. A subsequent service call was needed to repair a recall.
