Why did they have to screw-up my 1st appointment? As a new Homda owner, you would think customer care and customer relations would be important. Apparently not! Now I know to go someplace else for service.
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, integrity, and quality in the service department today. Jeff Tomasetti was my service advisor. I highly recommend the service department at Union Park Honda.
Finance dept royally screwed me, just know that this place is 110% not an honest dealer and you are way better going to Martin Honda
Highly recommend working with Jesus Colon! I called Thursday morning about a new Honda CRV to receive an honest quote. Some dealerships go on and on about all the extra options which I knew I didn’t want and they listened. Jesus and the financial department were very understanding of exactly what I wanted and weren’t pushy at all.
