I visited the dealership because I was promised what seemed like a great deal through text messages. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the offer and the information changed completely. I felt like I was misled, and the communication was unclear and dishonest. The lack of transparency and the misleading information were very disappointing, so I decided not to purchase a vehicle there. I hope future customers receive clear, honest, and accurate information from the beginning.
The staff was great!! Our salesman Terence was able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle I was looking for. The whole process of making a purchase went smoothly. Will definitely return when it is time for another vehicle.
