Me and my wife have lived at Union Park Apartments for 16 months and it was great! Besides the occasional noise of the neighbors and phone service not always being great. The management of this location is great! Jess in particular is the real MVP, super responsive and accommodating!
Overall, the complex is okay, but there are several major issues that management has failed to address. 1. Security concerns: Last week, car windows were smashed in the middle of the night. Instead of taking proactive measures to improve security, management asked residents to provide their own footage. The complex should already have security cameras in place. 2. My husband and I have lived at Union Park for a little over a year now, and this is by far the best complex we've rented in. The area is great to live in, further from city noise and a quick drive to grocery stores and the mall. Very nice, reasonably priced apartments with great amenities that are hard to find (i.e. pantry, built in microwave, heating AND cooling, etc). Chuck was great! We just moved into the apartments and he came quickly to fix our closet clothes rack. He even added extra support to make sure it would hold. Really appreciate his help!
I’ve been here almost 5 years and I love these apartments! It’s always felt safe and they take good care of the property. Jessica is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about people. Our maintenance guy Chuck is amazing! He goes above and beyond.
