It’s odd seeing the reviews that the property is well kept when there has been trash and a broken elliptical behind the trash area for months. In addition to that, there is cigarettes and trash lining the sidewalk surrounding the property - consistently. Zero curb appeal
The PM here Jess does everything she can to keep this residence clean and well, and the maintenance team here is exceptional. Thanks guys!

The Maintenance guy, Zack is kind and on top of things. Management is done by Jessica, she is friendly and proactive.
Looked at a few apartments with my family. The outdoor complex and interior where clean and well kept! The property manager, Jess, was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly! Was very excited about the pool as well!
