I just came here from Tigard for a tour only to be told it’s a Washington STATE LAW that she can’t give a tour without a PHYSICAL copy of our ID. I’ve done 2 tours now where they accepted a picture of my ID as “proof”. I understand needing to see, but to lie and refuse is very weird behavior. It might be a company policy, but no where can I find that it’s a state law. Disappointed as I was hoping to move in immediately.
It’s odd seeing the reviews that the property is well kept when there has been trash and a broken elliptical behind the trash area for months. In addition to that, there is cigarettes and trash lining the sidewalk surrounding the property - consistently. Zero curb appeal
The PM here Jess does everything she can to keep this residence clean and well, and the maintenance team here is exceptional. Thanks guys!
