The Union Oyster House is one of the oldest restaurants in the country and was established in Boston in 1826. It is all dark wood, low ceilings with beams and wood flooring. Live lobsters swim in a tank avoiding eye contact with you as if they know they are in mortal danger! Today the oysters were from Cape Cod:fresh and salty.
