I keep trying with union orthotics, but I’ve been consistently let down for services for my son. The splints take months to come in and then you’re scheduled way out in order to pick up - sometimes they don’t even contact you whenever they come in. I placed an order in early May for night splints for my son that he won’t get until mid July. They probably won’t fit him anymore because the fitting is from February 4th. I needed a back brace at Union Orthotics & Prosthetics Co. Cranberry and they were wonderful in helping me. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained to me about the care and adjusting the brace. The personnel were very kind, as well as professional. This is not the first time I have dealt with this office and I have been happy both times.
Rick Conrad is the boss! I came here after being told that I would never walk again by a different company. Rick developed a leg and had me up and walking within a week. He always answers my many calls/texts whenever I have an issue. You will not be sad for changing or starting here!
Rick has been a godsend to me through this process and I would highly recommend him and union!!!
A big shout out to Rick Conrad for helping me be great on my prosthetic leg! Losing a leg is a journey you didn’t expect, and it begins the new you ! Luckily I followed the suggestion for here.😊 I was handled with grace and dignity and the process went smoothly. It continues with each visit. From the girls at the front to the workers in the back.
