They delayed my order by almost a month because they would not schedule appointment without doctor’s order. I had a copy but still had to get office to resend it. When I finally got appointment, the person measuring me didn’t seem to know how to use the machine and gave up and said close enough, they should be able to work with that. I had my appointment on March 17, 2025. I was fitted for my diabetic shoes and my right shoe has to have an insert since I had a partial foot amputation. I called April 23, 2025 to find out what was going on with my shoes. They said in March up to 4 weeks. They told me my insurance needed more info from the Dr and they just ordered them on April 10, 2025. So I waited. Matt is absolutely fantastic. The whole staff is courteous and helpful. Just an overall good experience, especially when dealing with such a negative situation.
I have been using this office for nearly 3 years now, the staff is always courteous and the prosthetists are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure your prosthetic fits and is comfortable to use
