I had my appointment on March 17, 2025. I was fitted for my diabetic shoes and my right shoe has to have an insert since I had a partial foot amputation. I called April 23, 2025 to find out what was going on with my shoes. They said in March up to 4 weeks. They told me my insurance needed more info from the Dr and they just ordered them on April 10, 2025. So I waited. Matt is absolutely fantastic. The whole staff is courteous and helpful. Just an overall good experience, especially when dealing with such a negative situation.
I have been using this office for nearly 3 years now, the staff is always courteous and the prosthetists are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure your prosthetic fits and is comfortable to use
